Each plate is sold as is. If you find an imperfection, such as a scratch, it is an imperfection. I do not claim that any plate is in mint condition. These plates were used once a year for a Kentucky Derby Running of the Roses party. They are not in mint condition, they have not been chipped or cracked, and they are beautiful!
